Wood & Machine Screws

Keystone Automatic Technology, Inc. can produce both wood and machine screws. Although all standard screws can be made, our specialty is custom designs with a capacity from the smallest through 5/16 inch (16 mm) threads. KAT can produce screws from all available alloys and provide a finished product heat treated and plated.

A variety of drives, head styles and screw thread types are available. Drives produced include: slotted, one way slot, phillips type 1 and 1A, phillips / slotted combination, phillips / hex, frearson type 2, quadrex combination, square, square / slot combination, hex socket, hex, and hex washer. Head styles produced include 82 degree flat, flat undercut, 100 degree flat, oval, oval undercut, pan, round, binding, truss, hexagon, washer, hex washer, plain, fillister, hex washer slotted. Screw thread types include machine, wood, self tapping / self starting, drive pin, A and AB styles for wood and flake board. As in most of our products, we can package, heat treat and plate the end product to meet your requirements.
